Process: 70-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. Coarse coal slurry is sorted by the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, fine coal slurry is sorted by a flotation machine, flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered by a pressure filter, and tail coal slurry water is concentrated by a thickener and then combined with a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a pressure filter for dehydration and recovery. The washing water is closed loop, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
