Process:+150mm raw coal is manually selected, 150-6mm raw coal is sorted using a three product heavy medium cyclone with no pressure feeding. Coarse coal slurry is recovered using an arc-shaped screen and coal slurry centrifuge, and coal slurry water is recovered using a two-stage concentration and two-stage recovery process. The first stage of concentrated bottom flow is recovered using a screen settling filter centrifuge, and the second stage of concentrated bottom flow is recovered using a pressure filter.
