Process: 50-0mm raw coal is not deslimed, not classified, and is fed into a super pressure free feed three product heavy medium cyclone. Coarse coal slurry is sorted by a coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, while coarse and fine coal slurry is recovered by an arc-shaped screen and a coal slurry centrifuge. Fine coal slurry is sorted by a flotation machine, and flotation clean coal is recovered by a clean coal filter press. The flotation tail coal adopts a two-stage concentration process. The tail coal slurry water is concentrated by a thickener and then combined with a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a filter press for dehydration and recovery. The washing water is closed loop, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
