Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. The coarse coal slurry is sorted by the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, the fine coal slurry is sorted by the flotation machine, the flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered by the pressure filter, and the flotation tail coal is concentrated using a two-stage concentration process. After the tail coal slurry water is concentrated in the concentration compressor, it is dehydrated and recovered by a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a pressure filter combined with a closed circuit washing water circulation, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
