Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. The coarse coal slurry is sorted by the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, while the fine coal slurry is sorted by a flotation machine. The flotation process is a coarse selection process for desliming. The flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered by a filter press, and the tail coal slurry water is concentrated in a concentration concentrator and then dehydrated and recovered by a filter press. The washing water is circulated in a closed circuit, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
