Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. The coarse coal slurry is sorted by the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, while the fine coal slurry is dehydrated and recovered by a high-frequency screen. The coal slurry water adopts a two-stage concentration and recovery process. After being concentrated by the thickener, the coal slurry water is dehydrated and recovered by a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a pressure filter. The washing water is closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
