Process: The 50-0mm raw coal adopts the main process of "three product heavy medium cyclone separation of raw coal without desliming, classification, and pressure feeding". The separation equipment is the latest developed super pressure free feeding three product heavy medium cyclone with independent intellectual property rights in China. The 0.5-0.15mm coal slurry adopts the coal slurry heavy medium separation process, and the -0.15mm coal slurry adopts the twice flotation process. Flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered using a combination of a screen settling centrifuge and a filter press. After the tail coal slurry is concentrated in a super concentrator, it is recovered using a combination of a screen settling centrifuge and a filter press. The washing water is circulated in a closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
