The 6th Member Representative Conference of the China Coal Processing and Utilization Association and the 3rd Member Representative Conference of the Coal Preparation Branch of the China Coal Industry Association were held in Beijing on October 20, 2013. The conference was chaired by Secretary General Ma Jian and attended by more than 200 representatives from coal washing and processing enterprises, scientific research, universities, equipment manufacturers, and other units across the country. Our deputy chief engineer Wu Dawei attended this meeting.
The central agenda of the conference is to summarize the work of the council over the past five years, study the key work in the field of coal washing and processing in the next five years, elect the directors, executive directors, and council leadership of this association, and commend advanced member units. Our company's Chairman and Chief Engineer, Researcher Zhao Shuyan, has been elected as the Executive Director of the Association. As an advanced member unit, our company has been commended by the Association.
In addition to the member representative conference, our company also participated in the 15th China International Coal Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition held at the Beijing Agricultural Exhibition Hall, and organized some technical personnel of the company to visit and learn at the exhibition site.
