The China Coal Industry Association issued the "Decision on Promulgating the Awarded Projects and Individuals of the 2013 China Coal Industry Association Science and Technology Award" (middling coal Association Science and Technology [2013] No. 184). Tangshan Guohua Science and Technology International Engineering Co., Ltd. applied for the "Research on the Complete Technology of Efficient and Simplified Heavy Media Coal Separation", which won the first prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award. It is the only private enterprise among the 30 first prize project organizers. The research achievements have overcome the international problem of non classification and non desliming selection of raw coal, and successfully developed innovative technologies for the "101" coking coal preparation plant model, coal slurry heavy medium cyclone separation technology and process, two-stage flotation of coal slurry, two-stage dewatering of clean coal slurry, two-stage concentration and recovery of tailings slurry water, and desliming flotation, among other new processes; We have successfully developed new equipment such as the 3GHHMC (3HMC) series of three product heavy medium cyclone with no pressure (pressure) feeding, the 2GHMC (2HMC) series of two product heavy medium cyclone with no pressure (pressure) feeding for power coal separation, the FHMC series of coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, the FJC (FJCA) series jet flotation machine, and the PS and FCA series of coal slurry preprocessors; Successfully developed new processes and equipment for centralized production control in heavy medium coal preparation plants, automatic measurement and control devices for heavy medium and flotation process parameters, non radioactive pipeline density meters, and integrated measurement and control devices for coal preparation plant dosing. The above research results have formed a complete set of mature technologies for coal preparation plants of different scales, from process to equipment, from sorting to coal slurry water treatment to automation control, based on the characteristics of raw material coal selectivity and the scale of coal preparation plants in China. The overall international leading level of technology has taken China's heavy medium coal preparation technology to a new level. As of October 2013, Guohua Technology has undertaken the engineering design and contracting of 524 coal preparation plants both domestically and internationally, with a total design processing capacity of 691Mt/a. After all of them are put into operation, it is equivalent to 33.7% of China's total coal preparation capacity of 2050Mt in 2012. |
