Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is deslimed by 1mm and then sorted using a three product heavy medium cyclone without classification and pressure feeding. The 1-0.3mm coal slurry is sorted using a TBS interference settling bed separator, and the fine coal slurry is sorted using a flotation process. Flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered using a filter press, and the tail coal slurry is concentrated in a super concentrator and then dehydrated and recovered using a filter press. The washing water is circulated in a closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
