Process: 200-25mm raw coal is fed into a shallow trough for heavy medium separation, 25-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone for separation without desliming, classification, and pressure. -0.25mm grade coal slurry is concentrated in a thickener and then combined with a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a pressure filter for dehydration and recovery. Closed loop washing water, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
